Welcome to Promtist

The Promtist User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is entered into by you and the developers of Promtist (hereinafter referred to as "we"). Through this Agreement, we help you understand the rights and obligations related to Promtist. You should confirm that you have fully read and understood the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any term of this Agreement, you should stop using Promtist. Please read the following terms carefully. This Agreement takes effect from the date you first use Promtist.

About Promtist

Promtist is a tool for generating, optimizing, and managing AI prompts, designed to help users create optimized prompts so that AI produces better results. Promtist is available as a web app and a browser extension. The web app provides prompt generation, optimization, and management features, and the browser extension allows users to open and use Promtist prompts directly within web-based AI models such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree that under no circumstances will you engage in the following prohibited activities on Promtist:

  • Use our services in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of our services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks

Disclaimer

You acknowledge that we are not liable for any indirect, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement (including but not limited to business loss, revenue loss, profit loss, data loss, or any other form of loss):

  • If you violate any provision of this Agreement or related service terms, we may, depending on the nature of your conduct, take measures including but not limited to terminating services, suspending services, restricting use, and initiating legal investigations. We will also assist judicial authorities upon request
  • If your violation of this Agreement or related service terms causes any damage to third parties, you shall be solely responsible

Miscellaneous

You acknowledge the following terms:

  • This Agreement has the same legal effect as an agreement signed by both parties. You understand and accept every part of this Agreement, and your use of Promtist constitutes your agreement to be bound by it. If you directly or indirectly violate this Agreement or commit infringement, we may immediately terminate services, require you to cease the infringing conduct, and reserve the right to pursue related liabilities
  • We reserve the right to modify this Agreement when necessary. You can view the latest version within Promtist. Your continued use of Promtist after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the revised Agreement, you must stop using Promtist immediately
  • If any part of this Agreement is held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect
  • The headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and shall not affect its interpretation
